Clark earned his Life rank in Boy Scouts last month. His next step now is to complete an Eagle Service Project. We will be working on that over the summer, and hopefully Clark will have earned his Eagle before he turns fourteen. If you have any great Eagle project ideas, we'd love to hear them.

ReplyDeleteDon't know what your church property is like, but here's what I did. I laid a 10'x10' slab of cement with a 4or5' diameter circle in the middle with sand and bricks below for a fire pit. Another kid laid a 10'x20' slab of cement. Upon which, another built a shelter. Under which, another built picnic tables. 4 great Eagle projects to benefit ward functions. I think most, if not all, of the materials were donated.
